Jeanetta is the CEO of Strategic HR Advisors. Strategic HR Advisors is a diversity and inclusion, team effectiveness and executive coaching firm serving a diverse market of national, local, private and public organizations. She is committed to helping her clients implement strategies and actions to improve inclusion, associate engagement, increase diversity, and enhance their employment brand. Strategic HR Advisors is a minority, women and veteran owned firm and certified provider of Hogan assessments, DiSC and MBTI.

Drawing on her unique leadership background in the Military and Fortune 500 companies across various industries, Jeanetta has a profound understanding on how to help organizations transform cultures to create environments where leaders and teams unlock their full potential and achieve optimal performance.

Jeanetta is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, a professional organization for the senior most ranking African American corporate executives across Fortune 500 Companies. She was awarded the Ohio Diversity Council's Most Powerful and Influential Woman Award, Diversity in Business First Outstanding Diversity Role Model Award, and the Ohio Diversity Council Multicultural Leadership Award.

Prior to leading Strategic HR Advisors, Ms. Darno spent more than 20 years working for several Fortune 100 organizations across various industries to include discount retail, financial services, health care, and retail fashion. Her corporate experiences include the continued progression from Logistics to Human Resource Executive and Global Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer.

Jeanetta is also a highly-decorated military veteran who previously served as an airborne officer in the US Army where she led combined logistics movement control teams in the Middle East, Asia, Egypt, Operations Desert Shield and Storm.

Jeanetta has an MBA from Fisher College at The Ohio State University, a master's degree in Human Resources from the Texas A&M University and a bachelor's degree from Jackson State University.
